Liability Waiver

I, the undersigned (Customer), acknowledge that transporting alcohol carries potential risks and dangers beyond the control of Talking Cedar, Chehalis Tribal Enterprises, a department of the Confederated Tribes of the Chehalis Reservation.  I also acknowledge that transporting and serving alcohol is a regulated activity, which requires compliance with certain state and federal laws.

 

I, as the responsible party, assume all liability for myself and agents thereof for any form of negligence that may arise from the transportation of the products being picked up from Talking Cedar as part of the Dock Sales program.  I hereby agree to indemnify, defend, release, and hold harmless Talking Cedar and Chehalis Tribal Enterprises, a department of the Confederated Tribes of the Chehalis Reservation from all liability to me, my agents, and any other representatives for any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, suites, and fines for any injury, death, or damaged property arising from the Dock Sales program.
