Talking Cedar currently distills 10+ spirits, including the award-winning Kayak Gin, making use of foraged botanicals, a series of hand-crafted, small-batch flavored whiskeys, and cask-finished brandies.
We also have ongoing collaborations with esteemed industry partners like Westland Distillery for their premium American Blended Malt Whiskey and Single Cask offerings.

With unrivaled quality and capacity, Talking Cedar is proud to offer premium contract distilling services. Boasting 31,000+ liter fermentation tanks, custom Italian pot stills, a 25-ft continuous still, and 90-liter hillbilly stills, Talking Cedar has the capability to produce 10,000 barrels of whiskey per year and nearly 1.5 million gallons of other spirits.
