Under the leadership and vision of our Executive Chef, our menu features thoughtful dishes like grilled Pacific Northwest Salmon, House-Smoked Tri-Tip salad, and Homemade Beer Soup with Talking Cedar lager.
We are proud of what we've achieved, but this is just the beginning. As a historic destination brewery and distillery, we are committed to being a voice of support and empowerment for Native people across the nation, who can now freely and legally open distilling operations on reservation lands.
